PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer payment
The goods are shipped after the payment (for the goods and delivery) has been credited to our bank account. Our account is held with Pekao S.A. If you also have an account with this bank, your payment will reach us almost immediately. If you use a different bank, please remember that transfers are usually credited the next business day, and interbank transfers are not processed at all on Saturdays and Sundays.

NOTICE: Avoid making payments at the post office, as funds often arrive only after several days (3–9 days).

!!! IMPORTANT !!! Please include the order number received by e-mail in the transfer title.
Please remember to add the delivery cost to the value of the goods, as indicated in the order details.

Cash on delivery
The shipment is dispatched immediately after receiving the cash-on-delivery confirmation, usually no later than the next business day. Confirmation may be an e-mail sent from the same address used on Allegro or a completed delivery form after purchase.

Online payment
Online payment via Przelewy24 is processed through the Przelewy24 system and means that the Buyer pays the full order amount in advance, after the order is accepted but before the goods are released, by direct transfer from the Buyer’s bank account to the Seller’s bank account, as described on the website and in accordance with the regulations available at https://www.przelewy24.pl/regulamin. Card and e-transfer transactions are handled by PayPro S.A., headquartered in Poznań, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań.
